1. What is the “Setia Secret Stash” campaign by S P Setia?

The Setia Secret Stash campaign is a promotional initiative by S P Setia, featuring a Walk-Ins Draw where visitors to participating Setia sales galleries stand a chance to win mystery prizes.

Additionally, purchasers of selected S P Setia projects are eligible to participate in the Grand Prize Giveaway contest upon signing the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA), with a chance to win premium prizes.

Walk-Ins Draw: 1 October 2025 (10:00 AM) to 31 December 2025 (6:00 PM)

Grand Prize Giveaway: 1 October 2025 (12:01 AM) to 31 December 2025 (11:59 PM)

The giveaway is open to members of the public aged 18 and above who visit a participating Setia sales gallery. One representative from each group will receive a mystery prize (while stocks last) after completing the following steps:

Step 1: Scan the QR code to register at the participating sales gallery
Step 2: Snap a photo and post it publicly with the hashtag #SetiaSecretStash
Step 3: Spin the gashapon machine to receive your prize

Eligible purchasers who have made a valid property booking for a participating S P Setia project and have signed and completed the SPA within the campaign period may enter a slogan contest for a chance to win the grand prize.

Winners will be selected based on the creativity of their slogan entries.
The organiser will notify winners using the contact details provided during registration.

Each winner will receive one premium prize valued up to RM10,000.
Prizes are not exchangeable, not transferable, and not redeemable for cash. The organiser reserves the right to substitute prizes with items of similar value at its discretion.
