SHAH ALAM (July 20): S P Setia Bhd (KL:SPSETIA) has launched its Aurora II double-storey terrace homes, which carry a gross development value (GDV) of RM63.14 million, in Setia Bayuemas South precinct in Klang, Selangor.
According to a press statement issued on Saturday (July 18), the new project comprises 69 units of double-storey terrace homes with lot sizes at 22ft by 75ft and a built-up of 1,904 and 1,967 sq ft. The selling prices starts from RM840,000.
The group noted that this follow-up development follows the successful February launch of Aurora I, which has recorded commendable sales.
“The strong response to Aurora I, which achieved commendable sales within a short period after launch, reflects homebuyers’ continued confidence in S P Setia and the enduring appeal of Setia Bayuemas as a preferred township destination in Southern Klang,” S P Setia chief operating officer Datuk Yuslina Mohd Yunus said in the statement.
She added that Aurora II represents the company’s continued commitment to delivering quality homes within the freehold, 545-acre Setia Bayuemas township development.
“The recent opening of the Shah Alam LRT Line (LRT 3), with Johan Setia Station located less than three-km away, further enhances accessibility and strengthens the township’s appeal.
