The Centre is ISO 22000:2018 certified as the certification shows that the company has a comprehensive and effective management system to control food safety hazards and to ensure its quality.
Green Building Index (GBI) Certified
The Centre is designed and committed to operated in reducing the overall impact of the built environment on its surroundings.
Safe Business Events (Safe BE) Certification
Setia City Convention Centre has been granted the Safe Business Events (SafeBE) certification, a hygiene and safety label, by Bureau Veritas. The SafeBE certification programme, recognises a venue’s implementation of the Government endorsed Business Events Standard Operating Procedures (BE SOPs) and the team’s operational excellence in event management, food and hospitality service standards in the new norm.
Winner Of 2019 Malaysia Business Events Awards
Setia City Convention Centre (the Centre) has affirmed its market position in the business event industry by winning the “Purpose-Built Convention & Exhibition Centre Excellence Award” at the inaugural Malaysia Business Events Awards (MBEA) 2019 organised by the Malaysian Association of Convention and Exhibition Organisers and Suppliers (MACEOS).
