You will need to produce the following:
– Photocopy of each applicant’s MyKad/Passport
– Birth certificate of all applicants under 18; MyKid will not be accepted.
AND any ONE of the following:
– Utility bills (water bills, electricity bills, etc)
– Tenancy agreement
– Sale & purchase agreement

ADULT: 18 – 54 YEARS OLD
SR. CITIZEN: 55 YEARS OLD & ABOVE
