Our subsidiary company, S P Setia Precast Sdn. Bhd. is established as a specialist Industrialised Building System (IBS) contractor for producing precast components used in the construction industry.

We are registered as a Class A contractor with Pusat Perkhidmatan Kontraktor (PKK) of Unit Penyalarasan Perlaksanaan and a Grade 7 contractor with CIDB Malaysia.

We offer a construction method that is less laborious and more time-efficient than conventional methods. We produced and precast components such as walls, lift shafts and balconies at our factory. We then transport them to the construction and assemble them on site.

We established Setia-Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. as a wholly-owned subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad. 

Our Setia-Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. was first established in 1975 as a manufacturer and exporter. At present, Setia-Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. continues its role as the manufacturing arm for S P Setia Berhad.
