Setia-Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of S P Setia Berhad. The company was established in 1975 as a manufacturer and exporter.

Today, Setia-Wood continues its role as the manufacturing arm of S P Setia Berhad. Our operations are housed in a 7.5 acre factory with a total covered area of 60,000 square-feet in Taman Industri Rawang Indah, Rawang, Selangor, West Malaysia.

We are renowned for our engineered solidwood flooring, solid timber flooring and total roofing works. Our team consists of experienced and qualified workforce to produce quality products. We have the latest machineries to support the mass production and upcoming production.

ISO 9001 Quality Systems Certification was awarded to Setia-Wood Industries Sdn. Bhd. for the design, manufacturing and installation of Roof trusses, Timber Flooring and other Building Products, Trading of Construction Material by SGS Yarsley International Services Ltd.

The company has to date supplied and installed engineered solidwood flooring & solid timber flooring for residential, commercial, high-rise and low-rise buildings in various S P Setia Berhad developments and external projects. It has also completed various total roofing works jobs in S P Setia Berhad developments.

Manufacturing Facilities

Setia-Wood Industries has complete facilities for the manufacturing of timber truss, floor boards, architraves & skirting. It has its own Kiln Drying and pressurized preservatives treatment facility to ensure the durability of the timber which are used for the finished products.
Setia-Wood is also the first plant to introduce the multi-headed angle cross cutting saw for cutting truss timber to high precision and speed. We emphasise to produce high quality products where raw materials are subject to stringent quality control and testing.
