This precast yard located at S P Setia Group's largest property development in the Klang/Shah Alam area and served by the North Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), the Federal Highway and the nearby Guthrie Corridor Expressway.

Batching Plant - Bandar Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor

The batching plant consists of 1 set of wet-mix plant and 2 sets of dry-mix plant to supply for the whole development of Bandar Setia Alam, Setia Eco-Park and precast yard.

Batching Plant - Setia Ecohill, Semenyih

Production Capacity :	avg 400m3/day
The batching plant consisting of no wet-mix plant and 1 set of dry-mix plant. And our supply area is Setia Ecohill, Semenyih site.

Batching Plant - KL Eco City

Production Capacity :

1500m3/day

The batching plant consisting of 1 set of wet-mix plant and no dry-mix plant. And our supply area is only KLEC site.
