KUALA LUMPUR (July 17): S P Setia Bhd\u2019s KL Eco City (KLEC)\u00a0has won the Gold Award of FIABCI World Prix d\u2019Excellence 2020 Awards in the Office category, making it the developer\u2019s 12th FIABCI World\u00a0 Gold award.<\/p>\n
The announcement by FIABCI World was made virtually last night. The award was on the back of S P Setia\u2019s Setia EcoHill 2 winning the EdgeProp-ILAM Malaysia\u2019s Sustainable Landscape Award 2020 Gold at EdgeProp Malaysia\u2019s Best Managed and Sustainable Property Awards 2020.<\/p>\n
