The rebates are up to 3% depending on the existing Citizen Setia\u2019s rebate tier with no minimum purchase price.<\/p>\n<p>Rewarding our Citizen Setia by keeping their families closer, CSRX is an integral part of the Citizen Setia programme, as the rewards are shared with our Citizen Setia\u2019s immediate family members.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lifestyle.prod.content.iproperty.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2021\/08\/13162536\/SETIA-Setia-Eco-Templer-Rawang-1024x622.jpg\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p id=\"caption-attachment-69453\">Among the projects that buyers can choose from are houses in Setia Eco Templer, Rawang.<\/p>\n<p>After purchasing their first S P Setia property using the extended LCR, immediate family members will become a Citizen Setia and enjoy a new LCR rate during the purchase of their subsequent property.
