PETALING JAYA (Aug 10): S P Setia will be organising \u2018#Setia4Malaysia Unity Run 2022\u2019 in an effort to celebrate the spirit of togetherness this Merdeka and Malaysia Day.<\/p>\n

The run, which will be held on Sept 18, 2022\u00a0in Setia\u00a0Bayuemas,\u00a0Klang, is supported by the Ministry of\u00a0Youth and Sports.<\/p>\n

\u2018#Setia4Malaysia Unity Run 2022\u2019, which is\u00a0expected to attract more than\u00a02,000 runners,\u00a0aims to promote healthier living and balanced lifestyles among the communities, while\u00a0creating the opportunity to experience\u00a0S P Setia\u2019s township developments\u00a0that are\u00a0anchored on its \u2018LiveLearnWorkPlay\u2019 development philosophy.<\/p>\n

S P Setia said the runners of\u00a0\u2018#Setia4Malaysia Unity Run 2022\u2019\u00a0can choose to participate in\u00a0a\u00a05km fun\u00a0run\u00a0or\u00a0the\u00a021.1km half marathon.\u00a0Families with young ones can also take part in this\u00a0family-friendly\u00a0weekend event and spend quality bonding time together\u00a0outdoors.<\/p>\n

The first 200 registrants will enjoy\u00a0an early bird\u00a0price of\u00a0RM35\u00a0for the\u00a0fun run and RM55\u00a0per ticket\u00a0for the half marathon, while the next 500 registrants can purchase tickets at RM50 and RM80, respectively while normal tickets are priced at RM70 and RM110, respectively.<\/p>\n

Half marathon runners\u00a0who complete the 21.1km run will also receive a limited-edition finisher\u2019s jersey.<\/p>\n

\u2018#Setia4Malaysia Unity Run 2022\u2019 will also see the participation of 30 local running and fitness influencers at the event, which include Malaysian\u00a0athletes\u00a0and medallists\u00a0Penny Loh Chooi Fern\u00a0(@chooifernpenny<\/a>),\u00a0Muhaizar Mohamad\u00a0(@muhaizarmohamad<\/a>)\u00a0and\u00a0Saddam Pittli\u00a0(@saddampittli<\/a>).<\/p>\n
