{"id":2943,"date":"2022-12-16T05:57:17","date_gmt":"2022-12-16T05:57:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/spsetia.com\/?post_type=news&#038;p=2943"},"modified":"2025-07-24T14:17:32","modified_gmt":"2025-07-24T06:17:32","slug":"s-p-setia-foundation-hosts-educational-outing-for-90-primary-school-kids","status":"publish","type":"news","link":"https:\/\/spsetia.com\/zh\/news\/s-p-setia-foundation-hosts-educational-outing-for-90-primary-school-kids\/","title":{"rendered":"S P Setia Foundation hosts educational outing for 90 primary school kids"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>KUALA LUMPUR (Dec 16): S P Setia Foundation hosted an educational outing for 90 primary school students on Dec 13, 2022.<\/p>\n<p>This is part of the foundation\u2019s campaign to promote the spirit of unity amongst the youth while promoting creativity beyond the classroom.<\/p>\n<p>The 90 students were from SK\u00a0Semenyih, SJK(C) Kampung Baru\u00a0Semenyih\u00a0and SJK(T) Ladang Rinching which are schools adopted under S P Setia Foundation&#8217;s Setia Caring School Programme, as well as SK(Asli) Bukit Tampoi,\u00a0Dengkil.<\/p>\n<p>The outing started off with the children being treated to a local animation movie\u00a0<em>Mechamato,\u00a0<\/em>followed by an educational play session at Toy8 Playground, an experiential playground focused on early intervention for children.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThrough the S P Setia Foundation, we hope to play a role in shaping them to be future leaders who know that within hardship, they live in a country whose people are kind, who care about their wellbeing regardless of skin colour or social status, who gives them opportunities to nurture their intelligence, skills and talents to grow up to be positive contributors to this nation\u2019s advancement and development,\u201d said S P Setia Foundation chairman Datuk Zuraidah Atan who is also a director of S P Setia Bhd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe outing today was a great experience for the students as the activities were exciting and stimulating which helped enhance their skills.
