PETALING JAYA: S P Setia Bhd has clinched a double World Gold win at the FIABCI World Prix d\u2019Excellence Awards 2023, setting the record once again as the Malaysian property developer with the most wins with a total of 17 World Golds under its belt.<\/p>\n
One of S P Setia\u2019s award-winning Eco-series developments, Setia Eco Templer in Rawang, bagged the top accolade in the master plan category while Setia V Residences, Penang also took the top spot under the residential high rise category.<\/p>\n
\u201cBeing recognised by this prestigious award again this year is a testament to our continuous efforts in shaping a better tomorrow for our communities and generations to come through the homes and spaces we build,\u201d president and chief executive officer Datuk Choong Kai Wai said in a statement.<\/p>\n
