(Photos by S P Setia)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>SHAH ALAM (Jan 4):\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.edgeprop.my\/buy\/selangor\/all-residential?page=1&amp;keyword=Setia%20Alam%20Impian&amp;searchedLabel=All%20in%20%22Setia%20Alam%20Impian%22\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Setia AlamImpian<\/a>\u00a0celebrated the coming New Year with an Epic Finale countdown concert in the township\u2019s LakePoint Club.<\/p>\n<p>The concert was organised by S P Setia Bhd in conjunction with the soft opening of the township\u2019s nature sanctuary, LakePoint Park, the communal hub, LakePoint Club and the retail component, LakePoint Central, which is set to be officially launched in 2024.<\/p>\n<p>The countdown kicked off with percussionists No Noise Percussion, and performances by Vessel Liu and Santesh Kumar, as well as violin performance by violinist Endang Hyder.<\/p>\n<p>The highlight of the night was \u201cthe electrifying performance\u201d by Malaysia\u2019s King of Rock, Dato\u2019 Awie, with his all-time favourite hits such as \u201cPeronda Jaket Biru\u201d, \u201cRomania\u201d, \u201cSejati\u201d, and \u201cRatuku\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The concert culminated in \u201ca stunning firework display and a mesmerising musical fountain show at the solar-powered LakePoint Park\u201d, stated S P Setia in a media release.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAs we flip the final pages of 2023, we wish to give a shout-out to our communities for their unwavering support throughout the year. As promised, we have introduced our clubhouse and more retail spaces, catering to our community\u2019s daily necessities.
