DOCUMENT REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION

You will need to produce the following:
- Photocopy of each applicant's MyKad/Passport
- Birth certificate of all applicants under 18; MyKid will not be accepted.

AND any ONE of the following:
- Utility bills (water bills, electricity bills, etc)
- Tenancy agreement
- Sale & purchase agreement
